What We Collect
We collect only what you type into our forms. When you send us a general question or a custom order request, that's your name, email, phone number, message, pickup date, the items you're ordering, event details, and how you heard about us.
How We Use It
Your submission is sent to us as a single email through Resend, our email delivery service, with your email address set as the reply-to so a real person can write back to you. We don't store your information anywhere else on our end — there's no database behind this site and no admin login where anyone could look up past submissions.
Analytics
We don't use analytics on this site. We don't count visits, and we don't use any third-party analytics service.
This site sets no cookies of any kind, so there is no cookie banner to click through and nothing here tracks you across the web.
What We Don't Do
We don't create accounts or ask for passwords. We don't collect payment details on the site — orders are arranged and paid for separately, off the site. We never sell or share your information with anyone, and we don't run advertising trackers of any kind.
